How does oxwall handle image resizing. 

For example - if I use the groups plugin, create a group, give it a picture... - 

1. does oxwall core handle resizing and storing the image at 100x100px or the group

2. If Oxwall - does it do this resizing consistently across the system

3. If the plugin - is there a convention for this ?

What I would like to achieve :- bigger (and therefore correct size images) being shown across the site.

For eg news feed  entries etc etc.
