I'm sorry I don't understand what Google has to do with the favicon on your website? Please elaborate your issue. Provide screenshots so we could assist you.

I don't see the favicon neither in Chrome nor in Mozilla. When did you upload the favicon?

It might take up to 2 days for the favicon to appear after uploading. 

In Mozilla see it in Chrome but no! I reloaded yesterday! I had loaded last Wednesday was displayed at once but not anymore. I loaded into the public_html correct?

You should upload your favicon here: www.yoursite.com/admin/settings/page. At the bottom you'll see the favicon upload form
