At times when in one window i'm configuring the website and on another accessing it, I see an error page, probably because the configurations haven't completely been saved.

There is an error page which appears giving the details in part of code it has failed etc. Is there a way to modify the content of the error page.

I'd like to add a redirect in that page, because most of the cases refreshing the page makes it work correctly.

It does not happen very often but even for rare cases if the error can be handled this way it will be great.
