In my site if i invite new members to join my site it says that invitation Successfully sent
But when i check my mail there is no invitation mail

Share your URL, is your software in the subfolder or in the root? provide a screenshot of your cron job, do you use SMTP?

Also make sure SMTP is configured properly. You can use gmail for testing purposes:
following instructions how to set your gmail account http://support.google.com/...=en&answer=13287 . You will need to use smtp.gmail.com. You can select any type of connections ( whichever you want, either SSL or TLS/STARTTLS).

Karthik, please do the following, disable SMTP and try to invite members without SMTP, seems like the cron path is not correct.
Do you have access to your server via SSH?
If yes, try to run you cron locally, see tutorial: http://docs.oxwall.org/install:cron

bro i disabled smtp and mail is sent but it is appearing in the spam folder

Yes, I tested it, probably something is wrong with gmail right now.
Anyway, where do you send invitation? what is the mail agent of recipient?

This is related to the mail agent you send invitations to. Their mail server defines invitation mail as spam, you will need to contact them to resolve this.
