Paul, do you have access to the admin panel?

The issue is related to the gphotoviewer plugin. 

If you have access to the admin panel, enable this plugin, if not - 

- you need to go to you database, via phpmyadmin, go to ow_base_plugin table, find this plugin and change the value from 0 to 1 in the column isActive. 

Please let us know if you have access to the website after this. 

it already has it as "1"

what about photo plugin is it also set as "1"? if not enable it, if yes and you still experience the issue, please send me your cpanel and admin access details from the website in PM, I'll take a look at the issue. 

our hosting company does not have C-Panel, so all editing needs to be done through the actual files.
