Have you updated platform first and then plugins?
Go here: /ow_system_plugins/base/bol/ and make sure there's a file content_service.php

Have you updated your platform first, then plugins?
If you just put the file in ow_system_plugins/base/bol, it is not a solution. How did you fix it?

what i did was update the video plugin first that's when error come in so i did a restore then did platform update :)
