Hi,
I have added the blog to my site but I want only the admin account to be able to write new blog entries. If I deselect it in the default roles section, the 'write new blog' disappears even for the admin account. As I cant change which role group the admin account is in, how do I get around this?

You can create a new user role here: www.site.com/admin/users/roles . Let's say the user role - Admin
Then go here: www.site.com/admin/permissions/roles disable Add blog posts action for all user roles and add it to the Admin user role and all other actions
