Check phpMyAdmin under "ow_mailbox_message" look under the conversationId, which for you should be 1

Ok, I see three entries with number 1 in it?  What do I do with them?  If I delete them, nothing happens.

i have that issue on my test account is there a purge all or can i just drop everything in the messages database?

Im using version 1.7.2 now. Just updated last night. I noticed my test account says 1 message in the notifications but when i click it and go to view all messages there is none.

Another thing i noticed is i am able to view new messages from after the update but all old ones just show a spinning loading thing.

im not sure it doesnt say anything in the admin panel about version number for it.

go to the message plugin folder there's a plugin.xml file open it and see the build. What is it?

is it in mail?

mail plugin shows   <build>8521</build>

i do not see one that says message

I have this problem as well. But the other problem I have is that sent messages do NOT appear in the "send" tab, and new messages that have been received do NOT appear in the inbox tab.
