and its so hard to go through all my mail to remove deleted users 

is there a way to fix this

Tammy, I deliberately deleted a user from my test website to reproduce that, however I did not get any user not found popup when viewing messages

Can you please try to reproduce that on our demo?

i think you need to have the deleted user in mail box before the update 

i have thousand mails and lots of deleted users 

its messages plugin i deactivate it message goes away 

activate it i get the error every 10 seconds

i found a account that had only few mails and a deleted user in it and its the same 

user not found

delete the mail from the deleted users 

and error goes away

so every user that has a mail from a deleted user in there mail box will get this error

Try to clear the table: ow_mailbox_user_last_data See if the issue persists. 

yes ross can view the messages from deleted users
clear the table: ow_mailbox_user_last_data  did not work

also 2000 friends loading problem not fixed 

i will look into it more tomorrow but it seams to be chat messages from deleted users

mail massages seam not to throw the error

on 4 accounts now it only get the error message if theres a chat message from a deleted user 

Tammy, please give us sometime, to reproduce that. We'll do a fresh install of 1.7 delete a user there and update the software to check the issue you reported. We'll get back to you asap.

We tried to reproduce the issue. 

we have updated from 1.7.0 to 1.7.2

we have updated from 1.6.0 to 1.7.2 

we have deleted users before and after update

we still cannot see user not found popup when trying to see the chat conversation. 

We need detailed steps how to reproduce that issue. Keep us updated.

the user a needs to have a chat conversation with user b 
then user a deletes there account
update to 1.7.2
user b get error message every 10 seconds 
user b deletes the chat conversation in mail box error goes away 

On what page does a user B get the error message?

Do you click somewhere to get the message or is it just pops up on it's own?

no it just keeps popup on every account that has a deleted user chat message

its nothing to do with plugins

as in my account as i was doing the update i have heaps on deleted users chats

as soon as i clicked the go to admin from the update page i got smahed by error message after error message 

on my account its so much make the site unusable red error messages everywhere lol
