When someone sends me mail I have a 50/50 chance of responding to it. When I respond I use a desktop computer, I write my message and hit the enter key and it goes. Other times I hit the enter key and it just drops down a line, I refresh the page, come out of chat and go back into it and it does the same, it drops a line instead of sending it.

Michael, we cannot reproduce that on our demo or test websites.
What is your software version?
What is your mailbox plugin version?
What is your url? Please open it for registration and make sure there's not approval of users for now, so we could check the issue on your website.
