Hello 

1-The plugin id not good , "Webcam Avatar" appears on every profile avatar even it's not your avatar , and this is the only place that appears .

2- It has to appear in the modal box when you click "change avatar" from the dashboard

3-it would be nice if it appears when you click upload photo as well
