Hi,
Whenever i install instant chat it causes problems with my site mailbox, ie unable to send and recieve mailbox messages, is there a fix for this please.

Please describe the problem with more details. What problems with mailbox do you have? How do you install the IM plugin? Screenshots and site URL are more than welcome. It makes identifying the issue reason easier.
