I received the message that the video status was changed, but then when i looked in the db at ow_video_clip_featured I saw that nothing was added; even when adding a video clip manually they still didn't show up in the feature videos page.

Under no circumstances can i get the featured videos to display; there is no tab for it and when I change the url manually to display /video/viewlist/featured, there are no videos ( even though I have a few set as featured. I see references to the featured in code but can't seem to get them to show up.

We cannot reproduce that on our demo. Please PM me your admin details and Cpanel access details, I need to look at your database.

I got it to work on one of my sites ( somehow! ) but the other, no. Both are 1.7.2 with the latest plugin. Unfortunately I am not able to give you my admin details, coming from one programmer to another, as my host has strict rules against that ( plus, more importantly, it is a private site and the members details and privacy are held in the highest regard). So if you do come across something, please let me know.

can we just add youtube links instead embed code?...not all users know how to do that...just my oppinion...

Apologies for the delay in responding - didn't see the notification. I didn't actually do anything, it just started working for me. I find that happens from time to time.

Edson, you can do that directly in the newsfeed, in the video plugin you have to use embed code.
