On Open Server, with phpAdmin i greate database, database-user name, password. Then i am started installation. And that's what I get(see foto):

I see you're trying to install on the local server.
Please go to the database via phpmyadmin and check whether you have ow_base_config table in there.

That's one of the steps of installation. What's the problem.
Daniyar, please make sure your server meets our server requirements.
I recommend you to use wamp or xamp or lamp. We had no problems with the installation on them.
