Basically when you shrink your browser to small resolutions the video will not "shrink" instead it gets cut off. Other video based plug-ins has implimented the ability where when you shrink your window size to match smaller resolutions the video with compress itself to stay fit within the video borders. So warning to all this is not optimized with size variations. The best way to sort this is to have your videos smaller. In retrospect it is an easy update.
