i need advise from all of you about it and recommend what should i do about it. In my place 80% users prefer to use smartphone.
I wanted to know which mobile apps developer provide reasonable price for their mobile apps and i prefer the cheapest.

I find the best solution is to not use a mobile app, just disable Oxwall mobile in admin panel, then find yourself a responsive theme that you like. An example is one of my sites red-sky-july.com seems to display OK on most phones I've tried, maybe not all though.your users use browse to access it? or you create app based on mobile theme?
