I need a custom text/HTML widget on the index page that is language depending.

Now the custom text/HTML widget is language in depended. the text in this widget will always be the same in all languages.

The "welcome widget" from 1.7.2 is just what I need but it needs to be on the index page. And I need to be able to add it more then once. (like the custom text/html widget.)

I think for a skilled programmer it's less then 1 hour of work and I will pay $100 for this plugin.

You may also remain the owner of the plugin so you can sell it in the store.

have you tryed make a new language key in admin languages then add that to the custom html
the in languages edit it to any language u want to

This doesn't work.

All it does is giving me the text key on the page.

Do I need to enter just the text key of do I need to add some code ?

Ok I find a solution with this little workaround:

Thanks to your tip I was looking in the code of the "custom text/html" widget.

It says:

{if $content} {$content} {else}

{text key="base+custom_html_widget_no_content"}

{/if}

So when I leave the insert blank, I can add my desired text and translations in the base+custom_html_widget_no_content text string.
