I want to ask about this VPS spec...how many users can be loaded at a time?...last using shared hosting may cause slow loading page because of to many plugins.

That depends on so many variables buddy. However, the specs above will be better than any shared hosting account.

If it is one core 2.0 GHz, you can handle about 30 online members.

30~50 online members. If more then 50, your site will slow down.
