Ok I have my chron working in bluehost good, the only thing my members are not getting notified when they have a message or someone send them a friend request.. can someone please help me with this thanks...

If you are sure that Cron works fine, please contact your hosting company and ask them to check your mail server. Probably emails get stuck there for some reason.
