Now when people click invite for facebook it will only show 6 contacts and doesnt load any more when you scroll down.

have you chosen "All friends" in the left upper corner?

yeah. its a facebook issue even when i make the same invite script from facebook developers center it does the same thing.

just type a letter in the search field and it will drop down all users with that letter.

Yes, I talked to the developers this is the change on FB side as we use their API only. nothing is wrong with the plugin.
