Marcus Dec 19 '14
When logging into the site and I enter wrong password or username the site crashes and I get message "too many server redirects" After I refresh the page I get two messages in red one saying that the username or password ain't correct and the other simply says error.

I doesn't happen when the login data is correct only when it's not and not every time strange!

P.S. This is mobile version I am talking about here!

We cannot reproduce that neither on our demo nor test websites.

Share your URL please.

hmmm... it seems like there is a bug in your server/website configuration. Is it possible, that you have non-www to www redirects in your config, but your site is running on non-www and the redirect for "wrong password" doesn't work because of this?

Would be the best idea to share your URL. So we can check it live... ;)

Thanks guys but I don't have any code in the .htaccess to redirect non-www to www!

Here is my URL please try username "test" and the password whatever!

Hello Marcus,

I was not able to reproduce the problem on your mobile site.

I think the error must have been caused due to too many server redirect request or simply due to heavy load, if you are able to reproduce your error then, please share a screen shot with us.

Me neither. See screenshot:

No redirects at all. Do you still experience the issue?
