I imported my wall.fm site but now my install plugins dont work and I cant use plugins I installed before

Joseph, can you describe how did you import the wall.fm site? Did you import the database? Please provide me with more details like your site URL, plugins versions, core version, etc.

um well its simple ack when I posted this I was using current version of oxwall and I imported from wall.fm using the data importer and exporter and after the import the ability to upload plugins no longer exists

That most probably means something went wrong during the import process. Consider about repeating it.
