How can i add categories to blogs and subcategories just like wordpress | Forum

Hello everybody i am planning on creating a tutorial site but i want to use the blog pugin for that but it will be hard to find tutorials without categories and subcategories ,please how can i add categories to blogs just like in wordpress

thank you,but if anyone can do it i will be willing to pay i saw the thread but it was talking about tags ,i can do that without problems but i want something my users can make use of and also create posts and put them in the categories without being too"tech savy"
