2 users can post in group.
another user can only view the posts.
But I didn't get the newsfeed in user's dashboard.

Yes, Guna it is not clear. What does a group have to do with the user's dashboard?
If you don't have newsfeed in your group. Go to the Group plugin settings in the admin panel and drag and drop newsfeed widget to the area you want it to be displayed in the group page.

If a user posts a news in group's dashboard, the group members should get the newsfeed and notification.
