How can I change the dashboard menu items?

Micheal, please confirm if I understood your correctly. You want on your dashboard page the main menu to show it's items differently?

Yes Ross, currently my Dashboard items is "dashboad-Members-photos-Adsense-...etc."

I want to remove "adsense".

Go to

http://www.your-site.com/admin/user-dashboard

and add/remove anything you want.

Michael you can't change the order or the visibility of separate menu items for certain pages. Default software does not have such a functionality 

This is a custom code modification. 

You will need to hire a programmer to do that for you or do that on your own.

 I need to leave the item for admin only but other users I need to hide it for them

@S.Williams I am using version 1.6

 and when I choose to restrict views I have 2 options Guest and free user no admin option is there

You can also make the page not visible for guests and members in the page settings, when you click the 'edit' button. However you can enter the page by going directly to the url. Otherwise this is a custom code modificaiton see my reply: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/30809?page=1#post-129772
