Marcus, what is your software version, what is your messages plugin version?
Check those users you have conversations with do they stay online out of the mailbox conversations? Because we cannot reproduce that. Make sure your cron jobs are properly configured. See this tutorial: https://docs.oxwall.org/install:cron

I am able to reproduce it on demo!
The user is offline! And are two snapshots!!!!
I am not sure if that is only for cosmetic purposes or what that all emails have online dot!!!
On conversations user show as online whenever on user list shows offline :)

Yes, we are aware of this issue for mobile version. We have already reported that. It will be fixed asap.
