Bought my second theme but it wont extract or up load without using my own ftp. but still cant get it to show up on site. Any suggestions

can anyone tell me how to get theme to extract or get my money back. I figured something went wrong with the download. I deleted original purchase and paid for the thing twice. I really wanted that theme but it will not extract
