I purchased and installed . Everything is fine EXCEPT that the chat does not support firefox. Each time i load a new page in my website i've got the arrowchat that goes completely on the left side of the page. How to fix such a bug ?

This is a known bug that only happens some times when chat tabs are left open. Closing and reopening the chat will fix the issue. A fix has been implemented and we're just waiting to finish the release.
