Do you want "Like" button as in Facebook or you want FB connect button? Where exactly do you want it?

You can use Custom HTML widget for this.
Log in as site admin.
Visit www.yoursitename.com/index URL
Click "Customize this page".
Drag and drop "Custom html/text" widget where you want to.
Once widget is placed click on gear wheel in its top right corner.
Within the widget's content paste your fb/twitter code .
Save changes.
Click "Finish Customizing".
