You need to contact the plugin developer for the 3rd party plugins.

I could only find two plugins named as "CK Editor" One is Cool CKEditor and the other is Site CKEditor, both the plugins are made by 3rd party developers.As I said earlier that you need to contact the developers of that plugin if you have any problems.
If you still think that the plugin you are saying is made by one of Oxwall's developer than, you can contact Oxwall support here.

Ulises, I'm not sure whether those editors should appear in the comment area. However all your requests and issues regarding 3rd party plugin send directly to the plugin developers.
