Asking users to do different things in different places, simply isn't good UX.
I will continue to post my suggestions for plugin improvement, in the plugin item forum (as I do for all plugins) It makes sense. It promotes transparency and interaction, as well as discussion and feedback.
No, Its up to you. We post feedback on plugins in the plugin forum - where users and developers can discuss and chat. *LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER PLUGINS* (not shouting here, but noting emphasis, for the record. Telling us not to post feedback in the plugin forum, for some plugins is counterproductive and bizarre.
