We purchased this plug-in a couple of days ago. Unfortunately we did not find any documentation with it. Can we get any documentation to this plug-in (how to use/add/setup games, etc.?

Hi,
You can go to the admin panel, go to the installed plugins page and find settings page for Games plugin.
Adding games is simple as possible, if you found an embed code for a game you like, you just input it to the add game page. Also you can add a description and other information about the game.
