Hello...i'm going to realize a new site with chat using oxwall.
I'm not a professional worker on IT and i will do this only for passion about internet... so i will not request any kind on money to users or will not put ads on my site...so it is possible in this case (not commercial site) use owall in totally free way?

Oxwall is Free, However there are some Commercial Plugins that you will need to buy. There is no way to get these for Free. Unless you program them yourself.

For a simple chat site oxwall does offer a free IM but personally find Arrowchat better. Cheap as well.

Apart from your hosting costs (Which depends on how many users you have) it is your site, you decide the content.
