How we solve that problem because we don't had any hacker attack or ...
up yesterday the site works fine , we are using 1.7.1.

Today our site does not work, it gives us an empty page (white page).

make sure, the software files and folders is on the server.
make sure you have error reporting enabled on the server (if so, enable debug mode to see the actual error).
make sure the .htaccess file is in the root of the software. (have you done any modifications in htaccess file, if so, revert them).
contact your hosting provider and find out, probably they have something to do with the issue.

HI Ross,
Regarding the files and database, all are on the server.
I have activated the debug mode but it's not possible to get the error because i still have an empty page .
Where i can find the .htaccess file and be sure i did not made any changes .
I have already contacted them but they are not able to find the error.

.htaccess file is in the root of the software. It goes along with the folders like ow_core, ow_system_plugins, files like index.php, robots.txt. This is called the root.
