This is the smarty library. The file is the template for the mailto function. However we do not use it in our software. 

i scanned with ClamAV and show this isnt it virus? or infected?

We've made some research on the Internet and find out that functions which are used in this file are detected as malware by ClamAV and it's doesn't mean it's a virus.

Skip this report or remove this file because we don't use it in our software.
