every time a user clicks send private message it forms a new message

and the message dataabse is getting piled up with messages from the same user
also if a user has a new mail message on login the site chat tries to load mail messages and after a couple of seconds relises its a mail message and shut the chat box

if a user has 4 or more new mail messages can increase the load time up to 4 seconds

what do you mean by message database - which table exactly?

as to this one: also if a user has a new mail message on login the site chat tries to load mail messages and after a couple of seconds relises its a mail message and shut the chat box
