hya how do i chance header image in venus i have uploaded the new image in my control panel using the same name as existing image so dont need to change css but the current image doesnt change

got picture up now but now want remove the white back in the logo to show the background image in the logo ive tried putting the following in the base.css header section and i dont see any changes
