In my website, in the latest users widget I have mentioned that 25 latest users should be shown. However, only 10 users are showing up.

yourgoal, please specify how many users you have at your site.
We can't reproduce that issue on our test website and demo. Try to deactivate all third-party plugins and check whether the issue persists. Please provide us the screenshot.
