Hello i have some problems with german emails.

Problems with gmx.de, live, and sometimes web.de

my cronjob work.

please help.

The problem is that this e-mail address XXX@gmx.de is not available, I believe it does not exist at all, which is why you have this bounce back e-mail

No The problem is always with the mail provider. Once cron job sends I get a mail delivery...

You mean you get bounce back e-mails?

If so, please provide the content of those bounce e-mails. If they are the same, then the reason is that 550 email error is generally encountered when the recipient's mailbox is unavailable due to being incorrectly typed or not found.

As you can see this e-mail also has this status: 550 Requested action not taken:

    mailbox unavailable which means this e-mail address also unavailable, create a real e-mail at gmx.de and try to send the e-mail. Check if you get it.
