Im pretty sure thats the host side, never seen anything like that with oxwall.  Seems like your host is limiting your IO possibly.

Yes, Dave is right, it has nothing to do with the Oxwall. Contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue. 

Are you using Godaddy's shared hosting?

I switched host. Not longer have this issue. Now i have another xD cant win. Putting html on user profiles that have some java script gives me an error saying i dont have access. This worked on my other Host.

This is definitely some security module enabled on your server, contact your hosting support to disable it completely or configure properly.
