Finally!

Ok I have successfully moved all required files and backed up and imported mysql database. However in debug I'm getting this error.

Kind Regards,

Bobby Brown.

1. set the 777 permission recursively to the folders:

ow_pluginfiles

ow_static

ow_userfiles

ow_smarty/template_c

2. rename ow_logs to ow_log and set the permissions of the folder to 777 as well

3. What do you have as your HOME URI in the config.php file?

And the ow_logs in the ow folder is labeled as "ow_log" not "ow_logs"

Should recursively be set for all files and folders inside of those folders?

Well at least I thought the permission settings I have set stayed, looks like those didn't either.

Yes, if you do that recurse into subdirectories, they will be 777 as well, that's what we need.

What do you have as your HOME URI in the config.php file?

How So?

Windows Server 2008 R1 W/Plesk 12.0

HOSTING Settings in: PLESK UNDER YOUR SUBSCRIBER OR "YOU'RE OWN DOMAIN" SELECT Hosting Settings under the "Websites & Domains"  and choose FASTcgi And "Allow Advanced Read/Write Permissions. Also Select drop down of "PHP Version" to select the latest version and BAM! However that issue may be resolve, I'm still going to have some issues with creating a cron inside my plesk panel. Any suggestions? Also remember we need to update the version of the OW_Software to the newest build that was the original issue yet.
