Guys, thank you for your attention to this plugin.
This plugin contains two database tables with the list of countries and IPs. As not every user need to use this tables they have been moved to the external plugin to improve the database performance. So presently for example, you can use it in a pair with the Advertisement plugin to add geo-targeting for your ads.
