How do I get subpages to work? Is this something that oxwall can do?

I mean wordpress-style child pages, to give dropdown menus. We have a lot of pages that fit into categories and do not need to be their own menu item.

Also, as I know there are many themes up in the store which do have drop down menus. You will need to search the Store.
