error on the site

when I try isntalar a new plugin, I go into add new plugin,of this error.

Not Found

The requested URL /e500.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

other mistake is giving

when u enter the site

the site freezes

Marco Castilho, have you seen this topic: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/4661 ? Please give us more detailed information.
And in addition, did you try to deactivate all the third-party plugins?
Have you tested this issue by using the Origin default theme ?

Marco, sorry...have re-read your message. So the actual error is 404 not found upong plugin installation.

Which plugin did you try to install?
Can you make sure that you have .htaccess file on your server and that it is not empty?

make shore you have e500.php in main root folder
if its there the the origilan htaccess file

the script error he was leaving the elnto site was the plugin, uninstalled plug and returned to normal.

now you have this error on the site when I click Available Plugins , and when I click on Add New.

Marco Castilho, did you enable the DEBUG mode ?
To see the real error, go to your server via FTP and open the ow_includes/config.php file. Change value from false to true for the line:

define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', false);

Go to Admin area, click Add New and check the error once again - you would see the error that triggered the 500 error to be displayed.
Also can you make sure that mod_rewrite is enabled and configured properly on your server?
Can you also, just in case, check your server's error logs and let me know what they say?

Marco Castilho im me for help so i got his ftp and uploaded the missing e500.php

it all works now

mean you do not have that file or it being blocked
