yup! i tried plugins worked but the theme won't work

Zohaib, you did not specify whether you  tried to upload other theme.  What the file size of the uploaded theme? Check your server upload max filesize limit.  
Have you tried to upload this theme manually by uploading  theme files via FTP in to ow_themes folder ?

ummm from where i can increase my max filesize limit?

the file size limit is set by the hosting i think. i get this error occasionally and have to upload themes/plugins manually
