Does Oxwall record any of the users IP address info or anything?

Can people use the site if they are using the TOR Browser?

Ryan, the default Oxwall software does not store any user IP addresses. If somehow your site is blocked when you try to open it, the reasons may lie in your server settings, firewall or third party plugins.
If you faced this problem first of all deactivate all third party plugins, then check your firewall and server settings.

No, it's not blocked and nothing is really wrong, I was just wondering why I can't access the site with the TOR Browser, really.

Ryan, as I said earlier, our software has nothing to do with the site blocking or restricting the sign-in for site admin. You should check the browser and TOR settings.
To find out the reasons why you can not open your site in a browser first of all it's better to begin with the browser error message. What it says?

But generally we have a  list of browsers supported by Oxwall : https://docs.oxwall.org/overview:supported_browsers .
