I can't figure out which file to edit to replicate your splash screen. The "Splash screen" in the admin section does nothing

if you did mean sign in page, so you can upload it via admin panel

Howdy again!
I have three sites based on oxwall.
CVGClub.com is based on the default theme. I was able to change the splash page very easily by modifying /ow_system_plugins/base/views/components/sign_in.html
but I can't change elanmode.com and psionicpower.com - both of which are based on your Modern Concept theme

this is core file and not related to the theme
i checked your site i found that sign in page image changed already

also more core files modifications not recommended, and may be cause some issues

I tried uploading a file to elanmodel.com/sign-in and it doesn't seem to appear.
Psionic power is fine though.

your site has splash screen not sign in page http://www.elanmodel.com/splash-screen?back_uri=/
we not support splash screen in this theme as most of oxwall themes
