When setting up Oxwall at my webhost, I got a username and password of the admin. I can log in as that user and add new users, so I add myself. But it seems I can not give the privilege to edit the configuration to my personal, only the configuration can be edit by the admin user? Is that right?

in admin you can make any user a moderator and give them admin privileges
/admin/permissions/moderators
/admin/permissions/moderators
