Tammy, please could you specify you have issues with Forum plugin or with Extended Questions plugin.
If the issue occurs in Forum plugin please reproduce it on our Demo and provide us  screenshots.

but when i posted the forums it did not work n sat there for 10 minutes not fully loading

and on go back the page 20 minutes latter the images still not show
maybe theres problem with images go cloadflare i dont know 
but was all messed up

Tammy, as I understand you had issues with the third-party plugin. In this case always the best way is contact the plugin developer.

the images you now see did not work on posting it the page just froze 
and 20 minutes latter there still was no imagesand still did not fully load

Tammy, I've tested the Rich media functionality on the Demo.  I've created a forum post, added a photo via the Gallery section and I did not face any uploading issues. Please provide us with the exact steps on how we can reproduce this issue on the Demo.

As far as I can see images are being displayed correctly. Did you check if the issue persist in other browsers? If yes ,please provide us with the screenshots. 

yes as i said i can see the images now but 20 minutes after trying to post it i could not see the images and the page would not fully load 
and at the time i looked in another browsers and it was the same 
and the url being messed up seams to point to it not fully propagating or something

Tammy, as we always say, to solve the issue first of all, we need to reproduce it. Unfortunately, if we can not reproduce the issue, we can not solve it.
