it is OK for me, IE is working

If Mozilla Firefox is working, the website should be as well. Wouldn't have to make any changes about the file permissions or anything. Here is something else you can try. 

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on "Tools"

3. Click on "Compatibility Mode".

That should fix the problem. (Or atleast that would be the first thing I would do.) Hope that helps. 

Compatibility Mode problem is other plugins...

Yes, thumnails way ok. Preview the notification area, but there is the problem.
